CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Front Porch Realty & Property Management recently joined the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce. Owner and Principal Broker Joann Garcia said that owning a brokerage business is something she has thought about for a number of years.

Garcia said the company offers real estate-related services including property management. Along with Garcia, the company’s team includes Whitney Braun and Kayla Lochner.

“I have been a Realtor for almost 16 years, and I am licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky,” Garcia said.

Front Porch Realty & Property Management is located at 1017 S. Riverside Drive, Suite 215. Their office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., and Garcia is available by appointment Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
