CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A total of 12 vehicles were stolen between Aug. 12 and 13, 2018 in Clarksville.

Police initially said eight vehicles were stolen, but later determined four more thefts had occurred in the same time period but a different area of the city.

The four additional thefts took place at Carousel Court, Fairfax Drive, and Jon Drive.

Four of the vehicles were stolen from the lot of Clarksville Auto Sales, and four were taken from two separate private residences at Shadowood Road and Glenridge Lane.

Police said there were also several vehicle burglaries committed in the areas where the 12 motor vehicle thefts took place.

Three of the 12 stolen vehicles were found abandoned and recovered locally. There have been several uses of the credit/debit cards taken from the stolen vehicles in the Nashville area. The surveillance photos below show the suspects who used the stolen cards:

Police believe the suspects of these thefts and burglaries are linked with similar crimes occurring between Clarksville and the Nashville area and are collaborating with other law enforcement agencies.
