CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A total of eight vehicles were stolen in Clarksville between August 12 and 13, according to police.

Four of the vehicles were stolen from the lot of Clarksville Auto Sales, and the other four were taken from two separate private residences at Shadowood Road and Glenridge Lane.

Police said multiple male suspects entered Clarksville Auto Sales by breaking a window. They stole car keys, vehicle titles, dealer plates, and cash. The four vehicles stolen from the lot included a black 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, maroon 2007 Chevrolet Suburban, blue Chevrolet Corvette, and a 2014 Dodge Charger.

The vehicles stolen from Shadowood Road were a white 2016 Ford F150 TN tag 2D43A4, 2012 Ford TN tag 835DD59, and a black 2015 GMC Terrain TN tag 0L06S3. The homeowners were unaware of the theft until they walked outside the following morning.

The suspects were able to get access to the vehicles’ keys by breaking into the garage.

On Glenridge Lane, the suspects stole a gray 2018 Nissan Rogue TN tag 1K07P1 from the front of the home. Police said they may have used a spare key that had been left in a purse inside the vehicle.

It is unclear if the thefts are connected.

The investigation is ongoing and video surveillance is being gathered and reviewed by police. The owner of Clarksville Auto Sales shared surveillance video from his business on Facebook.
