CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- A Fort Campbell soldier accused of shooting and killing a teenage boy has had his court date moved.
Jamison T. Mullins, II, 25, is charged with criminal homicide for the March 13, 2020 shooting death of 15-year-old Damariontae Brown.
On Friday, March 13 at approximately 3 a.m., Clarksville Police responded to a shooting in the 3000 Block of Dresden Way.
When police arrived they found Damariontae deceased in the roadway with a fatal gunshot wound.

Mullins’ was arrested and his bond was set at $100,000. He has since bonded out of jail.
His new court date is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7 in General Sessions court. The preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place.
Due to COVID-19 and the Montgomery County Court Complex being closed, at the time of his original court date in April, it was moved several times.
