CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Barksdale Elementary is kicking off the school year right with the help of Partner in Education, First Advantage Bank. New Apple iPads and an Apple charging station have been donated to the school.
“Barksdale’s students are digital natives –they’ve grown up with touch technology at home and we’re glad to assist in providing it to them at school.” said Earl Bradley, CEO. “Barksdale strives to provide the best education to its students and we are very grateful for First Advantage Bank’s generous donation.” said Barksdale principal, Melinda Harris.
Last year First Advantage Bank was proud to receive the Sarah Ditmore Cooper Outstanding Partner Award for its continued longstanding partnership with Barksdale Elementary. CEO Earl Bradley holds Barksdale Elementary close to his heart, “My son attended Barksdale Elementary, and I look forward to carrying on this relationship and supporting the students of Barksdale for many years to come.”
First Advantage Bank has been Barksdale’s Partner in Education and a part of Clarksville-Montgomery County School System’s (P.I.E.) program since its inception.
For well over 30 years First Advantage Bank, formally First Federal Savings Bank, has invested in the education of Clarksville’s children.
