Oak Grove, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Through a partnership with the Oak Grove, Ky., community, Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland will distribute non-perishable and perishable food items to Christian County residents on Tuesday, June 16, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Oak Grove Community Center, 1705 Thompsonville Road in Oak Grove.
All residents of Christian County, Kentucky are eligible to come to the drive-thru distribution. To pick up food, proof of Christian County residence must be shown in the form of driver’s license, piece of mail with current address, rent receipt, etc.
Volunteers will place food in the trunk or back of vehicle to ensure no-contact interaction in accordance with the current COVID-19 guidelines.
Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland provides food to those in need to 42 central, south central, and western Kentucky counties, including Christian County.
