Eddis Ray Key, age 86 of Clarksville, passed away on May 14, 2021.
He was born on April 1, 1935 in Dover, TN to Hillman and Mattie Key. Eddis was an Air Force veteran and, over the years, was employed at Frosty Morn, Foodland and as a small business owner. He enjoyed farming and was dedicated to his family.
In addition to his parents, Eddis is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Rittenberry Key. He is survived by his daughters, Glenda (Victor) Griswold and Carol (Neal) Baggett; grandchildren: Kyle Griswold, Sean Griswold, Emma Baggett, and Shannon Griswold; and great-granddaughter, Violet Baggett.
A Graveside service for Eddis will be Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 12 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery. Bro. Terry Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Sykes Funeral Home from 4 – 7 p.m.
