CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man involved in a three-car wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard that left one dead last April has been charged with vehicular homicide.
The driver, 47-year-old Palikna Tosie, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on Thursday on charges of vehicular homicide by recklessness, reckless driving, failing to exercise due care and speeding.
He was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury during the March 2022 term.

On April 8, 2021, Tosie was traveling about 84 mph at the time of the wreck, according to court records obtained by Clarksville Now. The speed limit on Fort Campbell Boulevard is 45 mph.
The victim, 61-year-old Kimberly Randolph, died at the scene near Quinn Lane. After the crash, her car flipped over and came to a rest on its side.
This is not the first time Tosie has been in serious trouble behind the wheel.
In 2018, he allegedly crashed into his wife’s car, assaulted her and then barricaded himself in his home, according to previous reports. After the incident, he was charged with first-degree attempted murder, reckless endangerment and aggravated assault, according to online court records.
The following year, Tosie pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and aggravated assault, while the attempted murder charge was dismissed.
