CLARKSVILLE, TN – The community is invited to gather for a day of fellowship, fun, and patriotism as Discover Life Church hosts its Freedom Celebration on Saturday, June 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1970 Memorial Drive.
The event will commemorate the 250th birthday of the United States, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for a festive celebration centered on community, service, and gratitude for the freedoms Americans enjoy.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day, including:
- Free food boxes for families in need
- Freshly grilled hamburgers and hot dogs
- Community Corn Hole Competition
- Games and activities for all ages
- Patriotic music and fellowship
In addition to the festivities, the Freedom Celebration provides an opportunity for community members to meet Pastors Tony and Starla Holley, who joined Discover Life Church six months ago. Since their arrival, they have been committed to building relationships, serving the Clarksville community, and helping people discover life and purpose through Christ.
“Freedom Celebration is more than an event—it’s a chance for our community to come together, enjoy great food, build relationships, and celebrate the blessings of living in a free nation,” said church leaders. “We’re also excited for people to have the opportunity to meet Pastors Tony and Starla Holley and learn more about the heart and vision of Discover Life Church.”
The event is free and open to the public.
