CLARKSVILLE, TN – Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces its 2021 Top Producing award recipients for the Middle Tennessee region. To be named a Top Producing Agent or Team in one of Crye-Leike’s eight-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.
Crye-Leike experienced its best year in company history, with a record sales volume of $8.9 billion and 32,499 customers served, in part due to the hard work and dedication from its top producing agents.
“Our agent’s training and professionalism make all the difference to our clients and continue to push us forward,” said Crye-Leike Owner and Chief Executive Officer Harold Crye. “I want to offer a big thank you to our incredibly creative agents who continued to make sales during low inventory and these competitive times.”
Congratulations to the following Crye-Leike associates:
The JR Group – Top Producing Team by Sales Volume & Transactions
Realtors John Montgomery and Robert Roof, veterans of the Army, lead the JR Group team from Crye-Leike’s Clarksville-Sango branch office. Since forming the team in 2019, Montgomery and Roof have added Realtor, Budget and Marketing Director Shay Deavers, Director of Operations Misty Gould, Transaction Coordinator Heather Steffan and Realtors Sarah Allgood, Josh Claret, John Rush and Natasha Yamauchi.
In 2021, the team had the highest sales volume and transactions throughout Middle Tennessee, making them Crye-Leike’s Top Producing Team. The JR Group collaborates with local organizations to donate a portion of each commission to support the Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, the Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation and Austin Peay State University’s Scholarship Fund.
Montgomery and Roof have led successful real estate careers, with both of them being past recipients of Crye-Leike’s Rookie of the Year award and receiving recognition in the company’s Multi-million Dollar Club. Continuing education is a priority for both Realtors, and they have earned over 10 real estate designations combined.
Montgomery and Roof are active members of the Clarksville Association of Realtors (CAR), the Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Clarksville Home Builders Association, with Roof serving on the State Grievance, Governmental Affairs, Leadership Academy and Professional Development committees for CAR. Outside of real estate, Montgomery serves as a Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation board member and teaches leadership courses at Austin Peay State University.
