NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A coyote was safely removed from Nashville’s Music City Center over the weekend after sneaking into the facility.

Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said the scared animal had gotten inside the building Sunday night as a boat show was ending.

The coyote ended up in the restroom.

Using catch poles, Central Precinct Officer Brenna Hosey and Metro Animal Control led the coyote to Hosey’s police car. She then drove her passenger to a wooded area and safely released it, according to MNPD.

No injuries were reported.
