OKLAHOMA! at Roxy Regional Theatre
The Roxy Regional Theatre is heading west “where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain” to close out Season 35 of live professional theatre on the corner of Franklin and First.
Tickets are $25 (adults) and $15 (ages 13 and under) and may be reserved online at www.roxyregionaltheatre.org, by phone at (931) 645-7699, or at the theatre during regular box office hours. Performances run through August 18 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, with 2pm matinees on Saturday, August 4, and Saturday, August 18.
Stuff the Bus
This year’s Stuff the Bus donation drive for school supplies, sponsored by Grace Dental, will be held Saturday, Aug. 4 and Sunday Aug 5 at Clarksville-area Walmart locations.
Donations will be collected Saturday, August 4 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Walmart on Fort Campbell Blvd. and Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. in St. Bethlehem. On Sunday August 5, donations will be taken from noon-5 p.m. at Walmart on Madison Street in Sango.
Jazz on the Lawn with Rhythm Kings
Beachaven Vineyards & Winery’s popular Jazz on the Lawn concert series continues this Saturday with a performance by Rhythm Kings from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
“Rules of the Beach”: Bring your friends, a picnic, and a blanket and/or lawn chairs & valid ID. Do not bring pets (certified service animals are permitted), grills, tents, and outside alcohol. Admission and parking are free.
Best of TN Craft Exhibition
Tennessee Craft is pleased to announce the biannual showcase, The Best of Tennessee Craft Exhibition, which runs August 4- October 14, 2018, at the Customs House Museum in Clarksville, Tennessee. Museum hours are 10-5 pm, Tuesday – Saturday, and 1-5 pm, on Sundays.
The public is cordially invited to the Opening Reception at the Customs House Museum on Saturday, August 4, from 5-7 p.m.
