Clarksville, TN fell at number 3 on the list of the top 10 hottest cities.
The report said the median list price for homes in Clarksville is $226,800 and 31.8% of mortgages issued to buyers are for those in their 20s.
Realtor.com said this surge in home purchases from this age demographic is likely due to military families at Fort Campbell as well as rising prices in Nashville, where younger potential home buyers are being priced out.
