CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library is looking for interested persons to fill upcoming open slots on its Board of Trustees.
If you are someone who cares deeply about the library and would like to support its mission by serving as a part of its Board, please contact Martha Hendricks, Library Director at 931-648-8826 x21400.
You will be provided a simple form for prospective candidates that will allow you to give your reasons for wanting to join the Library Board along with your professional and volunteer experience. Any questions about the basic duties of the position will also be explained.
The Board will present its initial slate of candidates for Trustee openings at the next Library Board meeting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17 in the Library’s Boaz Board Room. All Library Board meetings are open to the public.
