CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville Parks & Recreation and CDE Lightband announced the winners of the Clarksville Film Festival at a public screening Saturday, March 9 at the Roxy Regional Theatre in downtown Clarksville.

Last month, nine teams were given 52 hours to script, shoot, and produce a 4-7 minute film using predetermined lines and props. Films were judged by experts in the film industry, shown during a public screening, and the top teams were awarded cash prizes.
