CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Clarksville Civitan Club held its third annual Honoring Our Heroes Ceremony at their club meeting on April 29. The club used this platform to shine a light on the unsung and behind the scenes service of 14 individuals and organizations in the community who support neurodivergent and vulnerable citizens.

Local radio personality Van Stokes was the master of ceremonies as the club presented Civitan International Servants Heart Awards to Tyler Rose of APSU, Molly Kinslow of Molly Bees Tees and Embroidery, Floyd Gavin from Progressive Directions, Herman Brown from Clarksville Parks and Recreation, Jessica Catlett from the Adult Day Center, Sue Warren from The Arc of Hickmon County, the APSU Women’s Softball Team, the APSU Women’s Volleyball Team, Emma Page and Hallie Disch from the APSU NSSLHA organization, Shari Behbahani from Fantastic Sams, Baylee Ford from Chucky Cheese, Belinda Martinez from Forward Clarksville, and Janice Parham from Clarksville Adventurers.
