CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Gladiator Brewing Co. is the latest business to become a member of the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce. It was opening day Friday, Aug. 7 for the new location of Gladiator Brewing on Tiny Town Road with husband and wife owners James and Sunda Pradke.
James is a veteran who was medically retired from the Army after he and his family were injured after a serious car accident. After leaving the service he said decided to go into business in something he loved so he decided to open a brewery, because he loves to brew beer.
The name Gladiator came from Pradke’s military service which was the call sign used when he was down range during one of his many deployments. At Gladiator Brewing their mission is to make one perfectly brewed beer every single time.
Sunda said their target market is families. “We have a kid’s room; we want families to be able to come comfortably, sit around drink their beer, have their barbecue, listen to the music while their kids are entertained,” said Pradke.
Gladiator Brewing Co. is at 214 Tiny Town Road. At this time, they are open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 3-9 p.m., Friday, 3-11 p.m. and Saturday, 1-11 p.m.
