The Clarksville Association of Realtors Community Housing Fair 2025 is coming up Oct. 25, featuring local experts sharing knowledge on a variety of housing topics, including mortgages, credit repair, buying, selling and renting. The event will also include music, food and activities for kids.

The sessions will include:

  • 9 a.m.: Welcome and Opening Remarks with Stephanie Meeks, Clarksville Association of Realtors 2025 president
  • 10 a.m.: Understanding Today’s Housing Market: What Buyers and Sellers Need to Know with Kayla Pierson, principal broker, Keller Williams Realty Clarksville
  • 10:30 a.m.: Homeowner Tax Relief Programs with Kim Wiggins, Montgomery County trustee
  • 11 a.m.: Homeowner Fraud Protection Program with Julie Runyon, Montgomery County register of deeds
  • 11:30 a.m.: Becoming Mortgage Ready and Mortgage Basics with Yuri Quintero, mortgage loan officer, Fortera Credit Union
  • Noon: The Home Buying Process and What to Know About Credit with Deborah Harding, executive director, You Can Make It Homeownership
  • 12:30 p.m.: City of Clarksville Homeowner Resources and Down Payment Assistance with Clarissa Tucker, program manager, Clarksville Neighborhood and Community Services
  • 1 p.m.: How to Make a Great Choice with THDA and Down Payment Assistance with Kelly Dobbs, real estate industry advisor, Tennessee Housing Development Agency
  • 1:30 p.m.: SOS Foundation Down Payment Assistance with Sandy Hester, president, CAR-SOS Foundation
  • 1:45 p.m.: Break and Giveaways
  • 2 p.m.: Building Wealth Through Investing in Real Estate with Eric Yow, attorney, Realtor, Goble & Yow PLLC and Apex Title
  • 3 p.m.: Closing Remarks with Kara Bond, Clarksville Association of Realtors 2025 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion chair

This free event will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the CAR office, 115 Center Pointe Drive. The first 50 participants will get a ticket for free food from Gordons Sauce Pit food truck (participation is required for food ticket, available to first 50 guests).
