CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – New names for a wide variety of tastes are heading to Governor’s Square Mall in the coming months.

Look for two new stores, Carter’s and Cinnabon, to open by June. Carter’s will offer its brand of clothing for infants and children in a 5,000 square foot location in the Sears Concourse.

The 1,400 square foot Cinnabon store will be located near the interior entrances for Dick’s Sporting Goods and Ross Dress for Less. In addition to its classic cinnamon rolls, Cinnabon serves up a tempting array of baked goods, specialty coffee and iced drinks.

In March, D&K Menswear will open its third Tennessee store at the mall. The roughly 2,200 square foot shop will be located in the Belk Concourse, next to Hibbett Sports.

American Eagle Outfitters will expand into a much larger space to create room for its sister-brand, aerie. Aerie specializes in intimate apparel, as well as loungewear, sleepwear, dorm-wear and accessories. The new 8,600 square foot American Eagle/aerie store will be open on Center Court sometime in May. Around the same time, the Spencer’s store it is displacing will re-open in a new location in the Sears Concourse, next to Hallmark.
