CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) First Presbyterian Church is offering a free six week course on The Book of Genesis in Modern Scholarship.
The class will focus on the latest scholarly research into the literature, culture, and history of the first eleven chapters of Genesis and compare Israel’s creation, flood, and tower building accounts with similar stories from the ancient world.
The instructor for the class is Gregory Glover, who holds a PhD from Princeton Theological Seminary.
First Presbyterian Church is located at 213 Main Street in Downtown Clarksville.
