Christian D. Game has been named Best Attorney in the 2026 Best of Clarksville awards, an honor he said holds special meaning as he continues to build his practice.
“As someone who has worked to establish my roots within the Clarksville community over the past several years, this recognition is especially meaningful to me,” he said.
Game relocated to Clarksville with his family in 2023 from Colorado. His legal practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and estate planning, helping clients navigate financial challenges, protect their assets and prepare for the future.
He earned his Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation degrees from the University of Alabama School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Colorado and is fluent in Spanish.
Straightforward guidance through financial challenges
Bankruptcy can be an overwhelming prospect for individuals and families facing financial difficulties, Game said.
“I recognize that people often come to me during some of the most financially stressful periods of their lives. My goal is to provide straightforward advice, explain their options whether or not they include bankruptcy, and make the process as affordable as possible.”
Game brings a similar philosophy to estate planning. He helps individuals and families prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents tailored to their needs. His goal is to help clients put appropriate plans in place without making the process more complicated or expensive than necessary.
Personalized service, direct communication
For Game, one of the most important aspects of practicing law is working directly with clients and ensuring they understand their options.
“Direct communication with me is key. Whether someone needs a financial fresh start or wants to protect what they have spent a lifetime building, I want them to feel informed, comfortable asking questions, and confident about their next steps.”
He expressed gratitude to the Clarksville community for the award and to the clients who have entrusted him with their legal needs. “It means a great deal to receive this award, and I look forward to continuing to serve the community.”
