Clarksville Police are investigating the theft of a pickup truck from the Target parking lot.

The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Labron Dewayne Gibson. Gibson has juvenile petitions for vehicle burglary, carjacking, evading and vandalism.

Following the shooting during a football game at West Creek High School on Friday, deputies made a “high-risk traffic stop” and took three people into custody, ages 16, 17 and 18.

When Clarksville Now reported on the most-recent statewide crime data compiled by the TBI, many people were surprised to learn that crime rates have been decreasing in Clarksville, despite the increase in population.

Gunshots disrupted the football game at West Creek High School on Friday night.

At approximately 9:10 p.m., Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department responded to calls regarding shots fired at the West Creek High School during the football game against Northeast High School. 

On September 4th, friends and family members of young Kadaris Maddox, whose life ended tragically just a few short months ago, will gather at McGregor Park to celebrate his life. 

Local authorities are still searching for two suspects involved in a violent crime that occurred early Monday morning.

A man and a woman were arrested this week in the death of a Clarksville man whose body was found on Glendale Drive in May 2019.

Someone was robbed and sexually assaulted early Tuesday morning on Peacher’s Mill Road.
