Carolyn Carter passed away Wednesday August 14, 2013 at her residence.
She was born November 22, 1939 in Houston County, TN, the daughter of Wade Stringfield and Martha Brooks Stringfield.
She was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church in Nashville, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Hutchinson officiating. Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband Robert Carter of TN Ridge, TN, one daughter Tina Scism (Greg) of TN Ridge, TN, one grandchild Dakota Burlison of TN Ridge, TN, and mother Martha Stringfield, TN.
Pallbearers will be Mike Stringfield, Shane Stringfield, Terry Bryant, Troy Anderson, Scott Carter, and Joey Pulley.
