CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is investigating the death of a person whose body was found in field off of Dunlop Lane this morning.
At approximately 6:08 a.m., CPD was notified of a body located on a concrete pad in the field behind 495 Dunlop Lane, according to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien. “When officers arrived, it was apparent the individual had been there for some time,” Beaubien said.
Detectives with the CPD Special Operations Homicide Unit and members of the Crime Scene Unit responded and were processing the scene, according to Beaubien.
