CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for Better Choice of Living (BCOL), who has signed on as new member of the Chamber of Commerce. The non-profit organization was formed in 2008 to provide the tools to assist those who wish to create a better choice of living for themselves and their loved ones.
