It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony “Luh Ant” Knight, a young soul taken from us far too soon at the age of 17. He was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He will be remembered as a loving and caring young man, known for his vibrant spirit and zest for life. He had an innate ability to bring joy to those around him and his infectious laughter was a source of warmth and happiness for all who had the privilege of knowing him. One of Luh Ant’s defining qualities was his unmatched coolness and nonchalant demeanor. He had a unique way of navigating life’s challenges with grace and composure, earning the admiration and respect of his peers and loved ones. His calm and collected nature were a true testament to his character.

Though Anthony’s time with us was tragically cut short, the impact he made during his brief journey on this Earth will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who loved him. His memory will forever live on in the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the love we hold dear to our hearts.

Anthony is survived by his father, Anthony Smith; his brother, Tavarez Knight; his second mother, Julia Timmons; grandmothers, Celestine Smith and Theresa Mills; sisters/cousins, Shania Timmons, Zyteria Dozier, and Jakaila Timmons; brothers/cousins, Terrell Timmons, Lewis Timmons, and DeAvion Timmons; nephew, Malachi Dozier and aunts, Cassandra Hernandez, and Leona Timmons. He also leaves behind many cousins and friends. We are all grateful to have precious moments with him. While we grieve his loss, let us also celebrate the beautiful life he led and the unerasable mark he left on our lives. May Luh Ant’s soul rest in eternal peace, and may his memory be a guiding light for us all as we cherish the time we have with our loved ones.
