CLARKSVILLE, TN – The community is invited to the second annual Summer Festival benefiting the future Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee – Clarksville Club on Saturday, May 30 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Kenwood High School (251 E. Pine Mountain Road).

This rain-or-shine family event will feature fun for all ages, including bounce houses, inflatables, face painting, a game truck, vendor shopping, giveaways, food trucks, free haircuts for kids, a silent auction, lemonade stand, and live music from DJ Budda Fly. Most activities will take place indoors.

Families are encouraged to bring their children out to meet the Clarksville Police Department, Clarksville Street Department, and Clarksville Fire Rescue (which will be present from 1 to 2 p.m.), who will have city vehicles and a large fire truck on-site for kids to explore. New this year, Blood Assurance will host a community blood drive during the festival. Organizers encourage attendees to donate blood for an opportunity to help save lives in our region.

“This event is about bringing the community together while supporting a future that gives local youth more opportunities to succeed,” organizer Deidre Ward said. “Every dollar raised helps support the opening of the future Boys & Girls Club here in Clarksville.” The future Clarksville Club is currently fundraising toward a $600,000 goal in partnership with the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System to open a local club focused on youth development, mentorship, education, and community support.

Adult admission is free. Tickets are $5 for kids under 17
