CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Two men have now been arrested in the double homicide on Martin Street on April 8.
The first arrest took place in Chicago just days after the murder. To protect the integrity of the investigation, that was not announced by Clarksville Police at the time, pending the arrest of a second suspect on Tuesday afternoon in Clarksville, according to police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien.
On the evening of April 8, CPD responded a shooting at 616 Martin St., according to previous reports. Officers found two gunshot victims: Savannah Lumpkin, 30, and Glenn Nicholson, 26, both of Clarksville; both died from their injuries.

Since then, detectives with the CPD Special Operations Homicide Unit along with CPD’s Intelligence Unit have been diligently working the case, Beaubien said.
On April 12, Tristan Riley, 36, of Clarksville was arrested in Chicago with the help of the Chicago Police Department’s Fugitive Recovery Team. He is awaiting extradition back to Clarksville. Riley has been charged with two counts of homicide, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and burglary, which was from a separate incident that occurred on March 29.
On Wednesday, Tyson Mullins Jr., 20, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on two counts of homicide.
