Lavonya Lewis-Humphrey, age 48 of Cincinnati, OH passed away Friday, July 31, 2015.
Visitation will be from noon until 7 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2015 with the family present from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Foston Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn, Elizabeth Church Cemetery.
She was born August 22, 1966 to the late Gerald Lewis, Sr and Shirley J. Lewis. She leaves to cherish her memory brothers, Gerald Lewis, Jr and Damon(Denise) Lewis and a host of family and friends.
