CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. – Pennyrile Electric says it has received payment from Time Warner Cable for 2014 and 2015 pole attachment rental charges following a payment dispute between the companies.
Pennyrile Electric threatened to drop Time Warner Cable in late February, citing past due bills for rental on attachments to poles.
The company’s CEO at the time, Eston Glover, said the bills had accumulated over a two-year period.
Pennyrile Electric confirmed payment from Time Warner Cable on March 25.
“We are pleased to be able to resolve this matter with Time Warner Cable. We also would like to thank the community for voicing their concern,” said current Pennyrile Electric President & CEO, Greg Grissom.
