Michelle Lynn Smith Maxwell, 44, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at her residence.
Michelle was born on December 1, 1970, in Lancaster, PA to the late Ronald Smith and Deena Robinson Smith.
Michelle worked in food service for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
Michelle is survived by her husband, Arthur Lee Maxwell, Jr.; two sons, Phillip Smith and Dean Maxwell; daughter, Jessica Smith; step-daughter, Fantasia Maxwell; sister, Melinda Smith; and niece, Tressie Smith all of Clarksville, TN.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Funeral service will be held at noon on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Cynthia Talley and Rev. Robert Utley officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
