Eleanor Sue Vick Oliver, 77, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
Sue was born in Woodlawn, TN to the late Orion Nathan Vick and Lillian Wilhite Vick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Oliver and sister, Sandra Davis.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Cynthia Talley officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014 until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Sue graduated from St. Thomas School of Nursing and nursed for 47 years. She retired from Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN.
Sue is survived by her son, John (Christine) Oliver of Lititz, PA; two daughters, Vicki (Carl) Davenport and Jacqui Suzanne Oliver of Clarksville, TN; brother, Orion Lynn Vick; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
