CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – One person was critically injured in a crash Sunday night on the Bypass.
At about 6 p.m., Clarksville Police were assisting with a wreck with injuries at the intersection of the Bypass and Cumberland Drive, according to police Lt. Melissa Spielhagen. The crash involved two vehicles and one occupant was ejected. That person was to be flown by air ambulance to a Nashville-area hospital.
Traffic was blocked in all directions as MCEMS and Clarksville Fire Rescue worked with officers at the scene. Citizens were encouraged to seek alternative routes around this area.
