Update, 9:20 p.m.: The roadway is back open, according to CPD.
Update, 7:40 p.m.: Four vehicles were involved in the crash on Fort Campbell Boulevard: A silver SUV, a red sedan, a black Mustang and a white SUV. The southbound lanes remain closed.
I-24 westbound is backed up from a crash at mile marker 9, past Exit 11 to mile marker 14.

Update, 4:35 p.m.: Another wreck on Interstate 24 near mile marker 2 has westbound traffic backed up past Exit 4.
Update, 4:25 p.m.: At least two people were critically injured. One was transported by AirEvac to Skyline in Nashville and another by LifeFlight, according to Clarksville Now news partner Dash 10 Media.
Southbound traffic is backed up to Patriots Park; northbound to Little West Fork Creek.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A multi-vehicle crash with injuries is tying up Fort Campbell Boulevard near Jack Miller Boulevard.
At approximately 3:20 p.m., the vehicles crashed, according to Clarksville Police. One person is scheduled to be flown to Nashville by AirEvac helicopter.
All southbound and two northbound lanes of Fort Campbell were shut down. “Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until the roadway can be cleared and reopened,” CPD said.
Southbound traffic was backed up to Wallace Boulevard. Northbound was backed up almost to Little West Fork Creek. Neary traffic was also backed up on Lady Marion Drive and on Tobacco Road.
