CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is currently on the scene of a wreck involving two vehicles on I-24 Eastbound.
CPD spokesperson Scott Beaubien said that the crash occurred at around 6:39 a.m. on Monday morning, where the Exit 8 on-ramp and interstate merge.
“Eastbound traffic has been reduced to one lane, which is causing traffic congestion. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is the investigating agency; all inquiries should be directed to that agency,” Beaubien said.
Motorists are advised to find an alternate route until the roadway can be cleared.
