CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The fourth suspect in a 2024 double homicide on Martin Street has been identified in a grand jury indictment, and the case is coming up for trial this summer.
According to a true bill returned in Montgomery County Circuit Court, Tristan Laron Riley, Tyson Jermore Mullins, Christopher Adams Watkins and Dequarius Devon Washington are each charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
The indictment alleges all four men “intentionally and with premeditation” killed Savannah Lumpkin, 30, and Glen Nicholson, 26, both of Clarksville. It also alleges the killings occurred in the perpetration of or attempt to perpetrate robbery.

The charges stem from a shooting reported at 6:34 p.m. on April 8, 2024. According to previous reports, Clarksville Police Department responded to 616 Martin St. and found Lumpkin and Nicholson with gunshot wounds. Both died from their injuries.

Washington, now 19, was 17 at the time and was not publicly identified when police initially announced a juvenile petition for homicide in April 2024. He was taken into custody by Hopkinsville Police and transported to a juvenile detention facility in Kentucky while awaiting extradition.
The other three suspects were also arrested in April 2024.

Riley, 37, was arrested April 12 in Chicago with assistance from the Chicago Police Department’s Fugitive Recovery Team.
Mullins, 21, was arrested April 24 and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Watkins, 22, was arrested April 25 by CPD’s Special Operations Unit and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
The grand jury returned the indictment in November 2024. The case remains pending in Montgomery County Circuit Court. A trial is scheduled to begin July 20 in Judge William Goodman III’s court.
