CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Christmas is closing in, and neighborhoods all over town are in the holiday spirit – particularly the three winners of the Christmas in Clarksville holiday lighting contest!
Dozens of readers submitted photos of their homes for Clarksville Now’s annual competition. We whittled it down to five finalists, and readers turned in hundreds of votes to pick the winners. In addition to bragging rights, all three winners get yard signs and a commemorative ornament. The grand prize winner also gets $300 cash – not a bad way to offset the extra power bills!
The winners were announced by Q108‘s Kyle King at Monday night’s Live Ice Sculpting and Movie Night at Downtown Commons. The winner are:
- Grand prize winner: Springhaven Light Show, 1733 Spring Haven Drive
- Second place: Jingles on Juniper, 1244 Juniper Pass
- Third place: Handmade Holidays on Raven, 1583 Raven Road

‘Deck the County’ business winners
Also at the event, Montgomery County Mayor Wes Golden announced the winners of its second “Deck the County: Holiday Business Showdown!” The winners of the business Christmas decor competition are:
- Grand prize winner: Protected Insurance, 1310 Madison St.
- Second place: NeedMore Coffee, 260 Needmore Road
- Third place: Blondie and Brownie Coffee, 1549 Ashland City Road
