Clyde’s of Clarksville is excited to introduce David Kumm, the new executive chef and general manager, and David’s excited to bring a whole new cuisine to Clarksville.
Kumm was born and raised in Miami, growing up around a lot of different cultures and a lot of styles of food. “I love the food, I just love eating it, and I made up my mind I wanted to cook it.”
The chef has already put his spin on the bar appetizer menu, which includes Miami/tropical cuisine but with a Clarksville twist. Over the next few months, they plan to redesign the full restaurant menu, so exciting new entrees are coming your way.

Clyde’s of Clarksville is located at 1150 Warfield Blvd. and is open Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.-9 p.m. The restaurant offers Sunday brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., along with a daily happy hour from 3-6 p.m.
