CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A car crashed into a utility pole on Golf Club Lane today, taking out power to traffic signals on Madison Street.
At about 4:37 p.m., the car crashed at the intersection of Golf Club Lane and Liberty Parkway, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien. “As a result of the crash, multiple traffic signals along Madison Street are without power,” Beaubien said. “Motorists are advised to treat all affected intersections as four-way stops until power is restored.”
The injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
