CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A new hotel concept is planned in Clarksville with LivSmart Studios by Hilton. It’s a new brand for the company and focuses on long-term stays for those travelling for work. However, short-term stays are welcomed as well.

“This is the first of a new brand that Hilton has created, and I am excited to be the first one to bring it into the town,” developer Dr. Bharat R. Patel told Clarksville Now.

Site plans for LivSmart Studio by McKay-Burchett & Company Engineers via Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission.

The plans, recently approved by the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission, are for a 105-room hotel with 105 parking spaces and, in each room, guests can find studio apartment amenities such as a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a two-burner stovetop, and pantry storage.

“Guests can comprehensively maintain their daily routines,” Patel said. “They will be able to build a sense of community, feel like they are experiencing a new and exciting environment and maximize their time while they are here.” Patel also notes the hotel will have a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large well-lit laundry room, and comfortable outdoor grilling space with plenty of seating.

Patel hopes to break ground in 2025 with the hotel officially opening its doors in 2027. The new LivSmart Studios by Hilton will be located on Clay Lewis Road near Exit 4 of Interstate 24.
