MANCHESTER, Tenn. – The Tennessee Highway Patrol will monitor roads from helicopters and added patrols on the ground as thousands converge on the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester.
80,000 people are expected for the four day festival featuring Elton John, Kanye West and more than 100 other performers.
The economic impact from event is estimated at more than $50-million.
