CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Kirkwood High hosted the Montgomery Central Indians for their first-ever home game on Friday night and came away with their second straight victory thanks to their offensive production.

The Cobras won by a score of 43-25 and have scored 40-plus points in back-to-back games now. Kirkwood High will look to travel to Northwest to take on the Vikings during week 3 of the regular season. As for Montgomery Central, they will look to build off this performance, and win their first game of the season against the White House Blue Devils next week.

  • Clarksville High won against Springfield 42-7.
  • Fort Campbell High lost to Hopkins County Central 60-28.
  • Kenwood High lost to East Nashville Magnet 47-26.
  • Northeast High lost to Hendersonville 54-0.
  • Northwest High lost to Wilson Central 0-42.
  • Rossview High lost to Logan County 28-14.
  • West Creek High lost to Green Hill 47-0.
