From a massive human 70 photo to a canned food drive, Jenkins and Wynne had a lot of fun with the February celebration of its 70th birthday. For the entire year, the Ford, Lincoln and Honda automotive dealership will be sharing the birthday festivities with employees and the community.
On a recent Friday, team members gathered in the parking lot to spell out “70.” The team wears red every Friday in support of the armed forces and Austin Peay State University.
Team members also enjoyed some Krispy Kreme doughnuts stacked up in a 70.
February also happens to be Truck Month. Jenkins and Wynne had a goal of collecting 70 canned goods to fill the back of a truck. They collected triple that amount and donated it all to Manna Cafe.
The folks at Manna expressed a huge need for canned goods, as they are currently running low and are asking for the community’s help. You can join in the effort by making a donation of food or finances. For more, go to the Manna Cafe website.
The team had some fun with the donation, setting up can grab challenge for a TikTok video.
During this year’s Truck Month, Jenkins and Wynne also has the largest selection of trucks they’ve had in years. They have over 120 new F150’s on site, and some good deals available:
