Update, 1:04 p.m.: Power has been restored to a majority of Rossview residents, according to CDE spokesperson Lindsey Pease, though Cardinal Lane residents, as well as Rossview Elementary and Middle Schools remain without power.

Pease told Clarksville Now that the utility pole was damaged when a food truck hit an AT&T cable and kept going, which caused the pole to break.

She added that it will take approximately three to four hours for workers to complete repairs on the damaged pole.
