CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Gladiator Brewing Co. recently introduced a new kitchen service at their Tiny Town Road location, featuring recipes from around the world to pair with their eclectic beer menu.
Gladiator was previously partnered with Legends Smokehouse and Grill for food service, but when Legends opened their own brick and mortar on Riverside Drive in August, Gladiator decided to create their own menu. They opened their new, revamped kitchen in December.

James Pradke, owner and brewer at Gladiator, told Clarksville Now he wanted the menu to be as eclectic as Gladiator’s beer selection with a focus on classic, historically inspired food.
“We started thinking it would be great to open a kitchen that had a deep connection to the beer we serve. All of our beers, with the exception of our seltzers, are historical, what I call antiquity craft beer. We wanted foods that would match that same ambiance and setting. All the food comes from the same regions the beers come from, and all the recipes are historical recipes that we’ve gone back and researched, recipes that go back hundreds of years,” Pradke said.
Gladiator’s menu has items from around the world, including fish and chips from England, jaegerschnitzel from Germany and tost from Turkey. They also offer charcuterie plates.
Pradke told Clarksville Now his favorite menu item is the stobach gaelach, an Irish stew made with lamb and root vegetables.
Gladiator Brewing Co. is at 214 Tiny Town Road near the Fort Campbell Boulevard intersection, and are open Wednesday through Sunday.
