Bonnie Lee Cassetty, age 78, of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Clarksville on Friday, January 22, 2021, at 4 pm. Masks will be required, and all seating will be designated for social distancing. The service will also be live streamed at www.youtube.com/toddcassetty. Graveside services will be held the following day in Nashville at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery at 10 am on Saturday, January 23, 2021. For the sake of health precautions, there will be no visitation.
She was born in Nashville, TN on May 19, 1942, the daughter of Margaret and Marshall Ragan. Bonnie was a fervent “big sister” within the Big Brothers Big Sisters program where she mentored Misty Dewberry from 1998-present and became “Gran” again to Misty’s daughter Kylie. She was a light, and her smile will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 56 years Tom Cassetty; her son Todd and daughter-in-law Crissy; 3 grandchildren- Kate, Grace, and Jackson who knew her lovingly as “Gran”; and all her devoted and incredible friends.
