Marion Lamar Bodry, age 76, of Carlisle Tn, passed peacefully at his home on November 29, 2020. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home, in Erin TN, with Bro. Stephen Cathey and Bro. Charles Potter officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service, on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Interment will follow at Kentucky Veterans West Cemetery.
Mr. Bodry entered this life in Memphis, Tn on August 29, 1944, son to the late Marion Bodry and Ouida Chatwood Bodry.
He leaves behind his loving wife Shirley Bodry; his son, Chris Bodry (Wanda), daughters; Candi Suter (Jason), and Margaret Dawn Bowen (Stacey). He also had two loving grandsons; Christopher Bodry and David McBride.
He served his country in Vietnam and was very active in the local Fort Campbell DAV. Marion was also a member of Elk Creek Baptist Church.
