Odessa Sylvia Somerville, age 87 of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at AHC Healthcare.
Odessa was born November 13, 1932, in Charlottesville, VA, to the late James William Myers and Odessa Lee Brown Myers. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard P. Somerville; four brothers, and one sister.
Odessa is survived by her sons, James (Jill) Somerville, Steve Somerville; daughters, Virginia (Francis) Payne, Cathy (Dennis) Kyle Jr., and seven grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, November 6, 2020, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Charles Becher officiating at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, November 5, 2020, from 4 PM to 7 PM and Friday, November 6, 2020, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service. Interment will be Friday, November 6, 2020, at KY Veterans Cemetery West.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
