CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – One person was killed after crashing a vehicle into a guard rail on Kennedy Lane in Clarksville.
Police said the driver, identified as 49-year-old Cleveland Richardson, was traveling a Cooper Mini west on Kennedy Lane Thursday around 4:10 p.m.
For an unknown reason, the vehicle crossed the eastbound lane, left the paved surface, and crashed into a guard rail.
The guard rail penetrated the vehicle and exited the through the rear, at which time the car slid to a stop.
Richardson was pronounced dead at the scene.
