ELKTON, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Kentucky man has been arrested for methamphetamine trafficking in nearby Todd County.
On January 6, Kentucky State Police stopped a 1995 green Chevrolet Tahoe with expired registration.
While speaking with the driver, identified as Christopher Diller, age 43, of Crofton, Ky., the trooper noticied signs of criminal activity and asked to search the vehicle. The trooper discovered over an ounce of suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and several prescription pills.
Christopher Diller was arrested and booked into the Todd County Detention Center where he was charged with the following:
1.) Rear License Not Illuminated
2.) No Registration Plates
3.) No Registration Receipt
4.) Failure of Owner to Maintain Required INS/SEC, 1st Off
5.) Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd or > (> or = 2GMs Methamphetamine)
6.) Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
7.) Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Contain 1st Offense
8.) Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess
9.) Possession Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree- Drug Unspecified
